As a Marketing Growth Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your role will involve identifying new opportunities, engaging with prospects, and setting up meetings for the Sales team.
If you’re great at building relationships, breaking the ice quickly, and keen to build your personal brand online, this could be the perfect role for you. What you'll be doing:
- Using tools such as LinkedIn, email, and phone to research and connect with potential customers.
- Initiating conversations with decision-makers to understand their IT challenges and introduce our managed services.
- Setting up appointments for the sales team to discuss solutions in more detail.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns, events, and other leadgeneration activities.
- Accurately logging all interactions, prospects, and progress in the CRM system.
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of IT managed services and industry trends to build confidence in conversations with prospects.
- Working towards individual and team goals for lead generation and appointments.
What you need to succeed:

- Strong communication skills: Comfortable talking to people over the phone, via email, and on social media platforms.
- Interest in technology: Curious about the IT industry and motivated to learn about managed services.
- Team player: Able to collaborate effectively with other teams to achieve common goals.
- Organised and detail-oriented: Able to manage multiple prospects and tasks while keeping track of progress.
Nice to have, but not essential:
- Prior experience within a sales or marketing environment
- A degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
